Intellectual and Industrial Property Marks
Except of the specified exceptions (copyright of third parties and affiliates), the entire contents of the Portal, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, documents, services and generally all files are copyright, trademarks and registered service marks of ELOT SA and are protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek and European law and international conventions and treaties.
The content of the portal is available to visitors/users for personal use. But the content may, at the discretion of the administrator, be subject to change without advance notice. After accepting the terms of use, the reproduction of the content for non-commercial use is permitted in whole or in part, provided that the product reproduction is freely available via the Internet or other appropriate way and accompanied by clear and distinct reference of the source of origin. Any other use requires the written permission of the owner or the copyright holder.
All other products or services listed in the pages of this Portal and which bear the marks of their respective organizations, companies, partners, institutions, associations or publications, are their intellectual and industrial property and, therefore, these bodies bear the responsibility.

The content of the portal is available «as is» without any warranty expressed or implied in any way and neither the administrator nor other representatives of ELOT SA provide any guarantees about the content. In particular, they disclaim any warranties, expressed or not, such as guarantees of integrity, accuracy, timeliness, commercial applicability, non-infringement or fitness for any use, application or purpose.
The administrator, under any circumstances, unless otherwise specified in the legal provisions, is exempt from liability for any damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and content of the portal that he makes on his/her own initiative and with the knowledge of these terms. Also, the administrator does not guarantee that the pages, services, choices and content will be provided without interruption, without errors, that the errors will be corrected, or that he will provide answers to all questions are asked. Similarly, the administrator does not guarantee that the Portal, or any other site, or the servers through which the content available to visitors/users is offered, is free of viruses or other harmful components. Protection of Personal Data

Use of personal data for these purposes will be made only after written consent of customers/users in the registration form, which will be returned to the ELOT by email.
Disclosure of Personal Data
The administrator is committed not to sell, use or make public in any manner and/or disclose personal information of visitors/users of the portal to third parties except in the following cases:
1. to the contractor tasked with the implementation and maintenance of the Portal and who is contractually bound by a confidentiality clause and

Credit Card Data
The Credit Card that the visitor/user will use to pay for services will be charged only once and only for this transaction.
ELOT is not responsible for the conditions of use of personal data adopted by financial institutions with which it works in order to complete the trade.
Applicable Law
The administration and protection of the visitor/user of the Portal of ELOT is subject to the present terms and the relevant provisions of Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997 for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Commission for Protection of Personal Data, the PD 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and Law 2774/1999 and the EU (Directives 95/46 / EC and 97/66/EC).
