ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΕΣΥΠ
Το Εθνικό Σύστημα Υποδομών Ποιότητας (ΕΣΥΠ) ανταποκρινόμενο στις πρωτόγνωρες καταστάσεις που βιώνουμε και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις σχετικές οδηγίες των αρμόδιων φορέων, από την Τρίτη 17 Μαρτίου έχει προσαρμόσει τη λειτουργία των δύο Αυτοτελών Μονάδων του, της Τυποποίησης (ΕΛΟΤ) και της Μετρολογίας (ΕΙΜ). Ειδικότερα:
Η επικοινωνία θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιείται ηλεκτρονικά, μέσω των ηλεκτρονικών διευθύνσεων που είναι διαθέσιμες στους ιστοτόπους του Οργανισμού (http://www.esyp.eu, http://www.elot.gr, http://www.eim.gr), ενώ συστήνεται να αποφεύγεται η έντυπη αλληλογραφία.
Όσον αφορά τη λειτουργία του ΕΛΟΤ: α) η λειτουργία του μεταβαίνει σε καθεστώς τηλεργασίας και εκ περιτροπής εργασίας εξυπηρετώντας καθορισμένες ανάγκες κυρίως παραγωγής και διάθεσης προτύπων, ενημέρωσης, λειτουργίας της Οδηγίας 2015/1535 και αναστέλλοντας όλες τις φυσικές συνεδριάσεις των τεχνικών οργάνων τυποποίησης του ΕΛΟΤ και β) εφόσον απαιτηθεί, παρέχεται η δυνατότητα απομακρυσμένης συνεδρίασης των τεχνικών οργάνων τυποποίησης του ΕΛΟΤ, μέσω της πλατφόρμας e-presence.
Όσον αφορά τη λειτουργία του ΕΙΜ, α) η λειτουργία του μεταβαίνει σε καθεστώς τηλεργασίας και εκ περιτροπής εργασίας εξυπηρετώντας καθορισμένες ανάγκες κυρίως ενημέρωσης, εξυπηρέτησης και συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης, β) σε όλο αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα, δεν θα γίνεται καμία απολύτως παράδοση/παραλαβή εξοπλισμού, προς διακρίβωση, χωρίς προηγούμενη επικοινωνία και συνεννόηση και γ) η επικοινωνία με το ΕΙΜ για επείγοντα θέματα θα πραγματοποιείται τηλεφωνικά στον αριθμό +30 2310 569 999 καθώς επίσης και ηλεκτρονικά στο info@eim.gr. Σημειώνεται ότι η επικοινωνία με τους αρμόδιους στα ατομικά τους e-mails μπορεί να γίνεται, έχοντας όμως υπόψη ότι η πρόσβαση τους σε αυτά μπορεί να είναι περιορισμένη.
NOTICE ABOUT THE FUNCTIONING OF ESYP
The National Quality Infrastructure System (NQIS) responding to the extraordinary situation with the coronavirus and taking into account the relevant instructions of the supervising ministries, since Thuesday the 17th of March adjusted accordingly the operation of its two Units, namely Standardization (ELOT) and Metrology (EIM). In this respect:
Communication should be conducted electronically, through e-mail addresses, which are available in the websites of the Organization (http://www.esyp.eu, http://www.elot.gr, http://www.eim.gr), while communication through regular mail and fax should be avoided.
Regarding the operation of ELOT: a) there is transition to operation through teleworking and work on rotation, to support specific activities, such as production and dissemination of standards, provision of information and function of Directive 2015/1535, with postponement of physical meetings of ELOT technical committees for standardization and b) there is the possibility of virtual/remote meeting of the technical committees through the e-presence platform.
Regarding the operation of EIM: a) there is transition to operation through teleworking and work on rotation to support specific activities, such as servicing, information and consulting, b) delivery of equipment will not be possible without prior communication and arrangements and c) Communication with NQIS/EIM will be conducted for urgent cases through the phone by using the number +30 2310 569 999 and through e-mail (info@eim.gr). It is noted that communication with NQIS/EIM personnel through their individual e-mails can be conducted, taking into account that access to these e-mails can be sometimes limited. In addition, delivery of equipment will not be possible without prior communication and arrangement.
